Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $75 (before tax and discounts). All other U.S. domestic orders ship at a flat rate of $9.95. Rates are subject to change and will be reflected at checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM ET. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, order processing and shipping times may be delayed. Any planned shop closures will be announced on our official Instagram and Facebook accounts.

3. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Risk of Loss & Damages
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Once a package is handed to the carrier, Bagaro is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly assist you with the information needed to support your claim.

6. Returns
For details on returning an item, please see our [Return & Refund Policy]. Shipping charges associated with returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
