Thank you for shopping with Bagaro! We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must:

Be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@mybagaro.com to request a return authorization.

If approved, we’ll send instructions for where and how to ship your return.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Bagaro error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
3. Exchanges
We allow up to 3 exchanges per customer per calendar year.
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at hello@mybagaro.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it quickly.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
