Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Bagaro! We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • Clearance items (Final Sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Purchases made at pop-up events, markets, or vendor fairs

 


2. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at hello@mybagaro.com to request a return authorization.

  • If approved, we’ll send instructions for where and how to ship your return.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Bagaro error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).


3. Exchanges

We allow up to 3 exchanges per customer per calendar year.
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.


4. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at hello@mybagaro.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it quickly.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
